I brought my XTS Cadillac in for a recall on the Cue system and also had my first service and tires rotated. I received emails to remind me of my visit which was very helpful. I was also given a Cadillac CTS for the time my car was being worked on and received a call when it was ready. I was so pleased to see that all my information was rentered into the CUE system and the car had also been washed. I can't say enough about the service I have been given from the moment I walked into the showroom. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Eleni Chatzidaki (sales) and Eric Henderson (business manager) are probably two of the most patient people on the planet! Here's the story... I showed up at their dealership having only a general idea of what I wanted in a car. Eleni took her time helping me to figure out what features I did and did not need, and want - not an easy process because cars are just are not my thing. Once Eleni worked out which car I wanted, she found that it was not on the lot. Eleni then searched other dealerships, found it and, in order to accommodate my travel schedule, somehow managed to have it delivered the very next day. But that's when things got complicated. That same night - after Eleni had made all those arrangements to rush delivery - I had a medical emergency in the family. I contacted Eleni who was very understanding and told me that she would hold the car for as long as needed until such time as I could pick it up. A week later, still a bit shell-shocked, I was finally able to get to the dealership and pick up my new car. Eleni did a great job with the delivery process, demonstrating all the features and even taking the time to explain and set up things like Blue Tooth (rather intimidating for technophobes like me). Eleni is truly an outstanding sales associate. When it came to the business side of the transaction, Eric did a great job, especially since I kept changing the terms of the purchase. I went back on forth several times on whether to finance, whether to trade-in my old car and which if any warranty options to purchase. Somehow, Eric kept up with all this, patiently putting up with my financial reversals and making sure the paperwork stayed in line. The man probably deserves some sort of award.
